Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Ensure® Plus Fibre vanilla (200ml)
  • Porridge oats (50g)
  • Water (100ml)
Method:
  • In a medium saucepan, add the water and porridge oats
  • Heat gently, stirring constantly
  • Slowly add in the Ensure® Plus Fibre until the desired texture is reached (do no boil)
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve
Serving suggestions:
  • Top with jam, honey or sugar
