Ingredients
  • 25g (1 heaped tablespoon) dried mushroom soup
  • 200ml (61⁄2 fl oz) vanilla flavour FORTINI
  • 60ml (2 fl oz) water
Method / Preperation
  • Put soup powder in a pan and stir in water.
  • Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, add fortini.
  • Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If too thick, add extra water.
Notes
  • Omit water if a thicker consistency is required, it can then be used as a sauce on fish or vegetables.
