Mushroom Soup – Fortini Vanilla
Ingredients
- 25g (1 heaped tablespoon) dried mushroom soup
- 200ml (61⁄2 fl oz) vanilla flavour FORTINI
- 60ml (2 fl oz) water
Method / Preperation
- Put soup powder in a pan and stir in water.
- Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, add fortini.
- Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If too thick, add extra water.
Notes
- Omit water if a thicker consistency is required, it can then be used as a sauce on fish or vegetables.
