Ingredients
  • 1 chocolate muffin or 1 slice chocolate cake
  • 110g / 4oz brown sugar
  • 25g / 1oz butter
  • ½ (100ml) bottle Caramel or Chocolate Fortisip
Method / Preparation
  • Place Fortisip, butter and sugar into a saucepan. Warm over a gentle heat until sugar has dissolved – do not boil.
  • Allow sauce to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Warm muffin / cake in the microwave. Microwave for a few seconds.
  • Pour sauce over and serve.
