Easy Chocolate Pudding Recipe – Fortisip Caramel or Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate muffin or 1 slice chocolate cake
- 110g / 4oz brown sugar
- 25g / 1oz butter
- ½ (100ml) bottle Caramel or Chocolate Fortisip
Method / Preparation
- Place Fortisip, butter and sugar into a saucepan. Warm over a gentle heat until sugar has dissolved – do not boil.
- Allow sauce to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Warm muffin / cake in the microwave. Microwave for a few seconds.
- Pour sauce over and serve.
