PRESENTATION
Actasolve Delight is presented in boxes, containing 7x 57g sachets. Actasolve Delight is available in 3 flavours: Very Berry, Creamy Butterscotch and Zesty Lemon. It is also available in a Starter Pack containing 3 x 57g sachets (one of each flavour) plus a shaker.

INDICATIONS FOR USE
ACBS approved, prescribable on form FP10 (GP10 in Scotland) for the following indications: short-bowel syndrome, intractable malabsorption, pre-operative preparation of undernourished patients, inflammatory bowel disease, total gastrectomy, bowel fistulae and disease-related malnutrition.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Instructions for mixing Actasolve Delight:
• First, add 75ml of whole milk to a bowl, and then the contents of one sachet of Actasolve Delight.
• Stir the powder and milk together then whisk vigorously for at least 30 seconds until fully mixed. It is
important to whisky vigorously as this will ensure that the product mixes evenly.
• Leave to stand for 15 minutes* to allow it to set.
• Consume immediately.

*Timings can vary slightly depending on the temperature of the milk used. We always recommend using chilled
whole milk.

Actasolve Delight may also be prepared in a shaker:
• Add 75ml of whole milk to the shaker and then the powder.
• Shake vigorously until fully mixed.
• Decant into a serving bowl and leave to stand for 15 minutes* to allow it to set.
• Consume immediately.

*Once set, Actasolve Delight will continue to thicken further on standing.

SUGGESTED INTAKE
1-2 servings a day unless otherwise indicated by a healthcare professional.

Actasolve Delight is designed as a supplement to a normal diet and is not suitable as a
sole source of nutrition.
Not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
Use with caution in children 6 years of age and under.
Due to the thickening nature of Actasolve Delight on mixing with liquid/secretions,
the powder presents a potential risk of aspiration/asphyxiation if inhaled/ingested directly.
Not suitable for patients with a soya allergy or Cow’s Milk Allergy, or those with Galactosaemia.

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C. Once reconstituted, Actasolve Delight can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
