Directions for use
To Prepare as a High-Energy Shake
Wash hands thoroughly and use clean or sterilised utensils.
Pour 240ml (8 fl. oz.) of fresh whole milk into a measuring jug or shaker.
Empty one 85g sachet into the milk.
Mix briskly with a fork or shake well until smooth.
Alternative Preparation Method
Pour 60ml (2 fl. oz.) of whole milk into a glass.
Add one sachet (85g powder).
Mix into a smooth paste.
Gradually add the remaining milk while stirring continuously.
Storage After Preparation
- Prepare fresh for each serving whenever possible.
- Use within 2 hours at room temperature.
- Alternatively, refrigerate immediately and use within 24 hours.
- Always discard any unfinished feed.
