Ingredients
  • 2 chocolate waffle cups or brandy snap baskets
  • 1 sachet instant white chocolate whip (e.g. Birds)
  • 200ml Neutral or Vanilla Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre / Fortisip Compact - chilled
  • 50g / 2oz mixed summer berries
Method / Preparation
  • Make up chocolate whip according to packet instructions but replace milk with Fortisip. Pour into the waffle baskets.
  • Chill for five minutes, decorate with berries and serve.
