ENSURE PLUS YOGHURT STRAWBERRY SWIRL (220ML)
Ingredients:
  • 2 packs of Ensure® Plus Yoghurt Style strawberry swirl (440ml)
  • 1 pack of strawberry jelly (135g)
  • Boiling water (160ml)
Method:
  • In a medium bowl, dissolve the jelly in boiling water
  • Allow to cool for 30 minutes until the jelly is slightly set
  • Add Ensure® Plus Yoghurt Style and whip for 5-7 minutes until fluffy
  • Place the mixture in dishes or moulds and chill for approximately 1 hour before serving
Serving suggestions:
  • Garnish with cream or fruit
