  • 1½ packs of Ensure® Plus strawberry (300ml)
  • 1 serving of vanilla ice cream (75g)
  • 4-5 strawberries
Method:
  • Blend Ensure® Plus, ice cream and strawberries together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve
