Ingredients
  • 110g / 4oz strawberries - roughly chopped
  • 1 medium scoop strawberry ice cream
  • 1 (200ml) bottle Strawberry Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre or 1 (125ml) bottle Fortisip Compact - chilled
  • 2 strawberries sliced - to serve
Method / Preparation
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • 0Pour into a tall glass, decorate with sliced strawberries and serve.
