Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Ensure® Plus neutral (200ml)
  • 4 eggs
  • >Butter (50g)
Method:
  • In a large bowl, whisk the Ensure® Plus and eggs together
  • In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat and add the egg mixture
  • Continue to heat, stirring occasionally, until the desired texture is reached
  • Serve with toast or brown bread
Serving suggestions:
  • Top with some grated cheddar cheese
  • Add fine slices of smoked salmon
  • Garnish with parsley
