Ingredients
  • 100ml (31/4 fl oz) Infatrini ®
  • 4g (1/8 oz) / 2 rounded tsp custard powder
Method / Preparation
  • Mix custard powder with 20ml (2/3 fl oz) Infatrini ® in a 600ml (1 pint) jug or bowl until well blended.
  • Mix in the remaining Infatrini ® and microwave on full power for 1 minute.
  • Stir and return to microwave on a low heat for a further minute and serve.
  • For a thicker custard, use 21/2 rounded tsp of custard powder.
