Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Ensure® Plus juce orange (200ml)
  • 1 lemon, grated and juiced
  • Strawberries, chopped (57g)
  • Lemonade (100ml)
  • Ice
Method:
  • In a large bowl, mix together Ensure® Plus juce and lemonade
  • Add the grated lemon rind and lemon juice
  • Add the chopped strawberries and ice cubes
  • Stir gently and serve in a tall glass
Serving suggestions:
  • Replace Ensure® Plus juce orange with lemon and lime, apple or pineapple flavours
