Ingredients:
  • 3 packs of Ensure® Plus Fibre vanilla (600ml)
  • Custard Powder (37g)
Method:
  • In a large saucepan, mix the custard powder with 30ml of Ensure® Plus Fibre to form a paste
  • Place the remaining Ensure® Plus Fibre into another saucepan and heat gently (do not boil)
  • Pour the heated Ensure® Plus Fibre into the paste and stir well
  • Heat the mixture whilst stirring constantly (do not boil)
  • Pour into a bowl and serve
Serving suggestions:
  • Top with prunes, raisins or jam
