Cheesy Mashed Potato Recipe
- 350g potatoes or 2 large / 4 medium potatoes – peeled and halved 7g butter 60ml Neutral Fortisip 50g grated cheddar cheese Salt and pepper – to taste
Method / Preparation
- Cook potatoes in boiling hot water until soft. Drain.
- Mash finely with a potato masher.
- Add butter, cheese and Fortisip, mix well, season then serve.
For an extra 70kcal per portion, add 30ml Neutral Calogen to the mashed potato.
