Ingredients
  • 1 sachet instant cappuccino mix
  • 110ml / 4fl oz hot water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 (200ml) bottle Neutral Fortisip or 1 (125ml) bottle Mocha Fortisip Compact
  • Cocoa or chocolate powder to serve
Method / Preparation
  • Put hot water, instant cappuccino mix and Fortisip in a saucepan, mix well and heat gently to serving temperature, do not boil.
  • Pour into a mug, sprinkle with cocoa or chocolate powder to serve.
