Ingredients
  • 75g (1 sachet) instant custard powder
  • 125ml (4 fl oz) banana flavour FORTINI Multi Fibre
Method / Preperation
  • Empty sachet of custard powder into large measuring jug.
  • Pour on boiling water up to 300ml (7 fl oz) and stir briskly with a fork until smooth, creamy and there are no lumps.
  • Stir in Fortini® and serve warm or cold.
Notes
  • Use vanilla flavour Fortini® for custard sauce to mix with fruit purée or to serve with puddings. Makes 2-3 portions
