Fresubin® PRO COMPACT Drink is a 2.4 kcal/ml energy density with 18 g protein (24% energy), 438 mg calcium and 6.25 μg vitamin D per 125ml, oral nutritional supplement. Lactose and gluten free. A liquid consisting of protein (milk), carbohydrate (glucose syrup and sucrose), fat (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

INDICATIONS FOR USE
Fresubin® PRO COMPACT Drink is a Food for Special Medical Purposes. Fresubin® PRO COMPACT Drink is intended for the dietary management of patients with or at risk of disease related malnutrition, with increased energy, protein, calcium and vitamin D needs e.g. sarcopenia, frailty or age-related musculoskeletal deficits. Fresubin® PRO COMPACT Drink is prescribable on FP10/GP10 for the following indications: For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition, short bowel syndrome, intractable malabsorption, pre-operative preparation of malnourished patients, proven inflammatory bowel disease, following total gastrectomy, bowel fistula.
DOSAGE
To be advised by a healthcare professional according to the patients’ needs.
As a guide: 2-3 bottles/day for supplementary nutrition.
