NutriDrinks.co.uk aims to offer a competitive and reliable delivery service. We have tested and analysed the data of several delivery companies and we have decided to use DHL for our GB delivery service. Free Delivery is only applicable on all orders within Great Britain (as defined below). Any orders which are to be delivered outside of Great Britain are subject to a mandatory delivery charge depending on your selected service. Due to differences in cost and transit times, depending on your delivery location, we have various delivery services available which can be found detailed below. All despatched orders are fully trackable via the online track and trace system accessible via a tracking number provided with each despatch. We welcome International customers and can assist with ensuring a safe delivery on an order-by-order basis.

Track and Trace – DHL
Once your order has been despatched, NutriDrinks.co.uk will contact you via email (if we have your email address associated with your order) bringing to your attention that your order has been despatched and is on its way to you. If you have also provided us with a mobile telephone number, then DHL will automatically send you a text message to inform you of the same. DHL will email and/or text you with your 1 hour delivery window. Your delivery slot is unable to be changed. There will need to be someone present at the address to sign for the parcel, if no-one is available you will have various options on your DHL notification email allowing you to rearrange your delivery, asking for it to be left in a safe place, requesting deliver to a neighbour or to a local collection location near your home. NutriDrinks.co.uk aims to despatch all orders received by 11:00am hours on the same day or next day or guarantees within 2 full working days dependent on stock availability. If any items which you have ordered are currently unavailable, then you will receive an email and/or a telephone call from our customer service team to discuss how to proceed with your order. If your order has not been despatched within 7 working days and we have been unable to successfully contact, you then we will automatically cancel and refund your order.
Returned Orders (failed deliveries) – DHL
Any ordered which have been returned to NutriDrinks.co.uk due to them not being accepted at the point of delivery or failure to be picked up from your local sorting/collection office will incur additional delivery charges, if the order gets re-despatched. If your returned order must be refunded as it could not be successfully delivered to you, and you paid a delivery charge we will not refund the original delivery charge when making the final refund.
Partial despatch
If part of an order is out-of-stock or needs to be sourced, then NutriDrinks.co.uk will despatch the available parts of the order immediately and despatch the remaining items of the order when they come back into stock at no extra cost to you. If your delivery does not arrive within the given time after receiving the despatch email, please contact NutriDrinks.co.uk immediately as we aim to offer 100% customer satisfaction.
Oversized Orders
If any heavy or bulky items are ordered, NutriDrinks.co.uk will contact you and advise you accordingly if you will be subject to any extra delivery charges before processing your order. This is usually applicable for pallet sized orders.
Europe, America’s and the Rest of the World - International Deliveries
NutriDrinks.co.uk gracefully extends its services to Europe. Due to the industry and laws, we abide by, NutriDrinks.co.uk reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products dependent on international laws regarding the sale of product to certain regions of the world.
Due to continuous pricing fluctuations NutriDrinks.co.uk advises its customers from these regions of the world to contact us on receiving the most up to date competitive delivery price and an estimated delivery date. Delivery prices outside of UK are based on weight and destination. Unfortunately, certain countries do not allow for nutritional drinks and these deliveries will not clear customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide all information required to make an initial delivery. NutriDrinks.co.uk is only responsible for despatching international orders and all responsibility after despatch including any customs and excise issues lies with the customer. If we feel there is a possibility that your order cannot be successfully delivered, then we will inform you of this and cancel and refund your order in full.
NutriDrinks.co.uk will charge a 'standard' delivery fee at the checkout for all orders which are outside of UK. Upon receiving your order, our despatch team will calculate the 'actual' cost of delivery and should a top-up payment be required, this will be requested via email/telephone. The actual cost of delivery cannot be given (precisely) at the time of purchase as this is dependent on many variables which include the weight of the total package, the destination country, and the type of service. The website will calculate an estimated delivery charge which will be charged during the checkout process.
Should you not wish to continue with your order then your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

NutriDrinks.co.uk endeavours to use high quality packaging to ensure maximum safety of your items during transit. NutriDrinks.co.uk uses secured double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes along with bubble-wrap for all orders. The NutriDrinks.co.uk packing team endeavour to pack all items safely and at a high standard, ensuring your product arrives to you in a safe condition.
