Microwave scrambled egg weaning recipe – Infatrini
Ingredients
- 1 medium / large egg
- 10g (1/3 oz) butter – cut into small pieces
- 30ml (1 fl oz) Infatrini®
Method / Preparation
- Beat egg with Infatrini® in a 600ml (1 pint) jug or bowl. Add butter.
- Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Mash / break up egg to achieve an even texture.
- Microwave for a further 20 seconds and mash / break up again.
