Le Fizz (serves 1) – Ensure Plus Juce Lemon and Lime

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of Ensure^® Plus juce lemon and lime (200ml)
• Sparkling mineral water (50ml)
• Ice

Method:

• In a shaker, whisk the Ensure^® Plus juce lightly
• Pour over ice into a tall glass
• Add sparkling water
• Stir gently and serve

Serving suggestions:

• Replace Ensure^® Plus juce lemon and lime with apple, pineapple or orange flavours
• Garnish with fruit slices and twists of lime
