Creamy Potato Gratin – Calshake Neutral
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (approx 400g)
- 1 / 2 onion
- 75g cheddar cheese (grated)
- 240ml whole milk
- 1 sachet Calshake Neutral
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200oc (400of/Gas 6)
- Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onion
- Arrange a layer of potato in the base of an ovenproof dish, followed by a layer of onion
- Divide the cheese in half and set aside one half for the topping, sprinkle the other half over the onion
- Season to taste
- Mix Calshake and milk as per instructions and pour over the potato
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the top and bake for approx 40mins or until potato is cooked
