Creamy Potato Gratin – Calshake Neutral


  • 2 potatoes (approx 400g)
  • 1 / 2 onion
  • 75g cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 240ml whole milk
  • 1 sachet Calshake Neutral
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preheat the oven to 200oc (400of/Gas 6)
  • Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onion
  • Arrange a layer of potato in the base of an ovenproof dish, followed by a layer of onion
  • Divide the cheese in half and set aside one half for the topping, sprinkle the other half over the onion
  • Season to taste
  • Mix Calshake and milk as per instructions and pour over the potato
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the top and bake for approx 40mins or until potato is cooked
