Creamy Potato Gratin - Calshake Neutral


2 potatoes (approx 400g)

1 / 2 onion

75g cheddar cheese (grated)

240ml whole milk

1 sachet Calshake Neutral

Salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 200oc (400of/Gas 6)

Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onion

Arrange a layer of potato in the base of an ovenproof dish, followed by a layer of onion

Divide the cheese in half and set aside one half for the topping, sprinkle the other half over the onion

Season to taste

Mix Calshake and milk as per instructions and pour over the potato

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the top and bake for approx 40mins or until potato is cooked
