Yoghurt Cooler (serves 2) – Ensure TwoCal Vanilla

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of Ensure_® TwoCal vanilla (200ml)
• 1 fruit yoghurt (125g)

Method:

• Blend Ensure_® TwoCal and yoghurt together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
• Pour into a tall glass and serve

Serving suggestions:

• Freeze and serve as an ice cream
• Decorate with chopped fruit or sprinkle with digestive biscuits
