White Chocolate Baskets Recipe – Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre / Fortisip Compact Vanilla
Ingredients
- 2 chocolate waffle cups or brandy snap baskets
- 1 sachet instant white chocolate whip (e.g. Birds)
- 200ml Neutral or Vanilla Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre / Fortisip Compact – chilled
- 50g / 2oz mixed summer berries
Method / Preparation
- Make up chocolate whip according to packet instructions but replace milk with Fortisip. Pour into the waffle baskets.
- Chill for five minutes, decorate with berries and serve.
