Vanilla Irish Coffee (serves 1) – Ensure Plus Vanilla

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of Ensure^® Plus vanilla (200ml)
• 1 tablespoon of coffee powder
• 1 measure of whiskey (25ml)*
• Whipped cream

Method:

• In a small saucepan, gently heat Ensure^® Plus (do not boil)
• Add in the whiskey and coffee and mix thoroughly
• Pour into a mug
• Top with whipped cream and serve

• Only use if alcohol is permitted by your Healthcare Professional.
  25ml is one standard measuring unit of whiskey.
