Vanilla Brandy Shake (serves 2) – Ensure TwoCal Vanilla

Ingredients:

• ½ pack Ensure_® TwoCal vanilla (100ml)
• 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (180g)
• 1 measure of brandy (25ml)*

Method:

• Blend Ensure_® TwoCal, ice cream and brandy together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
• Pour into a tall glass and serve with ice
• Only use if alcohol is permitted by your Healthcare Professional.
• 25ml is one standard measuring unit of brandy.
