Strawberry Sensation (serves 2) – Ensure Plus Fibre Strawberry

Ingredients:

• 1½ packs of Ensure^® Plus Fibre strawberry (300ml)
• 1 serving of vanilla ice cream (75g)
• 4-5 strawberries

Method:

• Blend Ensure^® Plus Fibre, ice cream and strawberries together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
• Pour into a tall glass and serve
