Scrambled Eggs Recipe – Fortisip Neutral
- 1 (200ml) bottle Neutral Fortisip
- 4 eggs
- 50g butter
- Parsley for garnishing (optional)
Method / Preparation
- Whisk eggs and Fortisip in a bowl.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and gradually add the egg mixture into the pan. Continue to heat, gently stir until the egg has scrambled.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with toast or brown soda bread.
- Serves 2.
- 630kcal and 20g protein per serving if served with one slice of toast.
