Scrambled Eggs Recipe – Fortisip Neutral


  • 1 (200ml) bottle Neutral Fortisip
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g butter
  • Parsley for garnishing (optional)

Method / Preparation

  • Whisk eggs and Fortisip in a bowl.
  • Heat the butter in a saucepan and gradually add the egg mixture into the pan. Continue to heat, gently stir until the egg has scrambled.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with toast or brown soda bread.
