Scandi White Corn Casserole – Scandishake Vanilla
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1 x 16-ounce package frozen white corn
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla Scandishake
- 1 pint heavy whipped cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Melt margarine
- Combine all other ingredients
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bake 1 hour in oven at 350oF
