Raspberry Smoothie – Fortini Vanilla


  • 213g (7oz) canned or fresh raspberries – chilled
  • 170g (51⁄2 fl oz) can evaporated milk
  • 200ml (61⁄2 fl oz) vanilla flavour FORTINI

Method / Preperation

  • Blend all ingredients together using an electronic or hand held blender. This gives a frothy texture.
  • If less froth is preferred, blend raspberries and FORTINI first and then stir in evaporated milk.
  • Can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours.


  • Banana and banana flavour FORTINI (1 banana)
  • Peach and vanilla flavour FORTINI (213g / 7oz canned peaches in syrup, chilled)
  • Makes 2 servings
