Porridge – Calshake Neutral


  • 1 / 2 cup porridge oats
  • 1 sachet Calshake Neutral
  • 240ml whole milk
  • Sugar (optional, adds and extra 20kcal)
  • Mix Calshake with milk as per instructions
  • In a medium size pan, bring the mixture to the boil then sprinkle in the porridge oats, slowly whisking with a balloon whisk
  • Carry on whisking until the mixture returns to the boil, then reduce heat, cover the pan and cook gently for 10 mins
  • Add sugar to taste before serving
