Pineapple Twister (serves 2) – Ensure Plus Yoghurt Style Pineapple Twist

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Ensure® Plus Yoghurt Style Pineapple Twist (220ml)
  • ½ tin of pineapple chunks (125g)
  • 2½ scoops of vanilla ice cream (150g)

Method:

  • Blend Ensure® Plus Yoghurt Style, ice cream and pineapple chunks together in a blender until a smooth consistency is reached
  • Pour into a tall glass and serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Garnish with crushed gingernut biscuits
