Pina Colada made – Fortisip Tropical
- 150ml / 5fl oz chilled pineapple juice
- 4 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp white rum
- 1 (200ml) bottle Tropical Fortisip – chilled
- 1-2 slices fresh pineapple – to serve
Method / Preparation
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and decorate with sliced pineapple. Add a straw and serve.
