Mashed Potato Recipe – Fortisip Neutral
Ingredients
- 350g potatoes or 2 large / 4 medium potatoes – peeled and halved
- 7g butter
- 60ml Neutral Fortisip
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method / Preparation
- Cook potatoes in boiling hot water until soft. Drain.
- Mash finely with a potato masher.
- Add butter and Fortisip, mix well, season then serve.
