Mashed Potato Recipe – Fortisip Neutral


  • 350g potatoes or 2 large / 4 medium potatoes – peeled and halved
  • 7g butter
  • 60ml Neutral Fortisip
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Method / Preparation

  • Cook potatoes in boiling hot water until soft. Drain.
  • Mash finely with a potato masher.
  • Add butter and Fortisip, mix well, season then serve.
