Hot Chocolate (serves 1) – Ensure Plus Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Ensure® Plus chocolate (200ml)
  • 1-2 drops of vanilla essence
  • Whipped cream
  • ½ of a chocolate flake

Method:

  • In a small saucepan, heat the Ensure® Plus and vanilla essence (do not boil)
  • Pour into a mug
  • Top with whipped cream and use chocolate flake to garnish
  • Serve immediately
