Ginger Banana Crunch Recipe – Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre / Fortisip Compact Banana
Ingredients
- 3 ginger nut biscuits – crushed 1 medium banana – sliced 1 sachet Butterscotch Angel Delight 100ml whole milk 200ml Banana Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre / Fortisip Compact
- Mix together the milk, Fortisip and Angel Delight with a whisk or fork.
- Divide chopped banana between 2 serving dishes. Pour Fortisip mix on top of banana.
- Finish with a layer of crushed biscuit and serve.
