Fruit Sorbet Recipe – Fortijuce (Any Flavour)
- 1 (200ml) bottle Fortijuce – any flavour 100g puréed fruit (sieve puréed raspberries and strawberries)
Method / Preparation
- Mix Fortijuce and puréed fruit together, then pour into a freezer-proof container. Cover and place in the freezer for eight hours.
- Remove from freezer and leave at room temperature to soften slightly, then serve.
Pour Fortijuce and puréed fruit into ice-lolly moulds and freeze overnight to make ice-pops.
