Duocal Bran Cereal Muffins – 12 Servings – Duocal

Duocal Super Soluble 400g Recipe

Ingrediants

  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ cup Super Soluble Duocal Powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups Raisin Bran® cereal
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Line muffin pan with wrappers or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, Duocal, and cinnamon in large bowl.  
  • Mix cereal and milk in separate bowl.  Let stand 3 minutes.  Stir in egg, applesauce, brown sugar, and melted margarine.  Add to flour mixture.
  • Don’t over mix, batter will be lumpy.
  • Spoon batter into pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown..
