Creamy Rice Pudding (serves 3) – Ensure Plus Fibe Vanilla

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of Ensure^® Plus Fibre vanilla (200ml)
• Pudding Rice (40g)
• Whole milk (315ml)

Method:

• In a large saucepan, bring the rice and milk to the boil
• Reduce the heat and stir in Ensure^® Plus Fibre (do not boil)
• Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
• Add more milk if required
• Transfer to a bowl and serve

Serving suggestions:

• Top with strawberry jam or honey
