Chocolate Scandi Mousse – Scandishake Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup chocolate Scandishake
- 1 package chocolate instant mousse whipping cream and almonds for garnish
Preparation
- Pour milk, Scandishake and mousse into mixing bowl
- Blend on lowest speed until well mixed
- Slowly increase speed to highest speed
- Whip for 5 minutes
- Pour into 4 dessert dishes and refrigerate for two hours before serving
- Garnish with whipping cream and almonds
