Cauliflower Cheese – Calshake Neutral
Ingredients
- 1 / 2 cauliflower
- 25g butter
- 25g plain flour
- 1 sachet Calshake Neutral
- 240ml whole milk
- 75g grated cheese
- Mix Calshake with milk as per instructions
- Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until tender
- Place Calshake mixture, butter and flour into a medium saucepan and whisk over the heat until smooth and thickened
- Add the cheese and stir until melted, season to taste
- Place cauliflower in an ovenproof dish and cover with cheese sauce
- Sprinkle with a little grated cheese and grill until golden in colour
