Cauliflower Cheese – Calshake Neutral


  • 1 / 2 cauliflower
  • 25g butter
  • 25g plain flour
  • 1 sachet Calshake Neutral
  • 240ml whole milk
  • 75g grated cheese
  • Mix Calshake with milk as per instructions
  • Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until tender
  • Place Calshake mixture, butter and flour into a medium saucepan and whisk over the heat until smooth and thickened
  • Add the cheese and stir until melted, season to taste
  • Place cauliflower in an ovenproof dish and cover with cheese sauce
  • Sprinkle with a little grated cheese and grill until golden in colour
