Apple Porridge Recipe – Fortijuce Apple


  • 40g / 1½ oz porridge oats
  • 110ml / 4fl oz whole milk
  • ½ (100ml) bottle Apple Fortijuce

To Serve (optional)

  • 2 tbsp cream or Greek style yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp stewed apple or apple purée or 1 (150g)
  • Fortisip Fruit Dessert Apple
  • Raisins to decorate

Method / Preparation

  • Place porridge oats and milk in a medium sized saucepan.
  • Heat gently for 1 minute, stirring constantly to make a thick paste.
  • Stir in the Fortijuce, a little at a time to make a smooth porridge. Bring to simmering point and remove from heat immediately.
  • Place porridge in a bowl, stir in cream or yoghurt and top with stewed apple and raisins if desired.
