Microwave scrambled egg weaning recipe – Infatrini

Ingredients

  • 1 medium / large egg
  • 10g (1/3 oz) butter – cut into small pieces
  • 30ml (1 fl oz) Infatrini®

Method / Preparation

  • Beat egg with Infatrini® in a 600ml (1 pint) jug or bowl. Add butter.
  • Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • Mash / break up egg to achieve an even texture.
  • Microwave for a further 20 seconds and mash / break up again.

  • Makes 1 to 2 servings.
