Microwave scrambled egg weaning recipe - Infatrini

Ingredients

1 medium / large egg

10g (1/3 oz) butter - cut into small pieces

30ml (1 fl oz) Infatrini®

Method / Preparation

1. Beat egg with Infatrini® in a 600ml (1 pint) jug or bowl. Add butter.
2. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute.
3. Mash / break up egg to achieve an even texture.
4. Microwave for a further 20 seconds and mash / break up again.

Makes 1 to 2 servings.
