Pina Colada made - Fortisip Tropical

Ingredients

150ml / 5fl oz chilled pineapple juice

4 tbsp coconut cream

2 tbsp white rum

1 (200ml) bottle Tropical Fortisip - chilled

1-2 slices fresh pineapple - to serve

Method / Preparation

1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and decorate with sliced pineapple. Add a straw and serve.
