Mashed Potato Recipe - Fortisip Neutral


350g potatoes or 2 large / 4 medium potatoes - peeled and halved

7g butter

60ml Neutral Fortisip

Salt and pepper - to taste

Method / Preparation

1. Cook potatoes in boiling hot water until soft. Drain.
2. Mash finely with a potato masher.
3. Add butter and Fortisip, mix well, season then serve.
