Ginger Banana Crunch Recipe - Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre / Fortisip Compact Banana

Ingredients

3 ginger nut biscuits - crushed 1 medium banana - sliced 1 sachet Butterscotch Angel Delight 100ml whole milk 200ml Banana Fortisip / Fortisip Multi Fibre / Fortisip Compact

Method / Preparation

1. Mix together the milk, Fortisip and Angel Delight with a whisk or fork.
2. Divide chopped banana between 2 serving dishes. Pour Fortisip mix on top of banana.
3. Finish with a layer of crushed biscuit and serve.
