Creamy Mushroom Soup Recipe - Fortisip Neutral or Fortisip Multi Fibre Chicken

Ingredients

5-6 button mushrooms - finely chopped

25g / 1oz butter

110ml / 4 fl oz whole milk

1 packet (35g) of instant mushroom soup

1 (200ml) bottle Neutral Fortisip or Chicken Fortisip Multi Fibre

Method / Preperation

1. Gently fry mushrooms in butter until softened.
2. Add milk and heat gently – do not boil.
3. Stir in mushroom soup powder until smooth. Add Neutral Fortisip, warm to serving temperature but do not boil.
4. Serve topped with a spoonful of cream for extra calories.

Notes

1 spoonful of cream adds approx 50kcals
