Mushroom Soup - Fortini Vanilla

Ingredients

25g (1 heaped tablespoon) dried mushroom soup

200ml (61⁄2 fl oz) vanilla flavour FORTINI

60ml (2 fl oz) water

Method / Preperation

1. Put soup powder in a pan and stir in water.
2. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, add fortini.
3. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If too thick, add extra water.

Notes

Omit water if a thicker consistency is required, it can then be used as a sauce on fish or vegetables.
